Reynaldo R. Huergas, Chief Executive Officer, has a track record of more than 20 years in sales, marketing, and business development, with extensive experience in technology, telecommunications, and customer service management in Asia and the US. Prior to joining IPC, he held executive positions in Globe Telecom, myAyala Inc., and Global Data Hub (formerly Ayala Port), and occupied senior management positions in Unisys Corp. in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Indonesia as well. Rene also worked at iAsiaworks (Silicon Valley), a venture-funded company in Sunnyvale, California engaged in Internet data center services in the Asia Pacific; as well as a content provider in Burlingame, California.
Dave de Leon,, Chief Operating Officer, Dave de Leon, Chief Operating Officer, is a multi-faceted C level executive with at least 30 years of progressive experience as a business professional in Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Business Consulting among others. Before joining IPC, he served in various key roles and capacities in the IT sector which included Pres and COO of iVantage (PSE:V), a publicly listed IT investment management company, Country Manager for Microsoft, and Country Manager for Informix (now part of IBM),
As CFO of IPC 7 years, he led the IPO effort (PSE: Cloud) in 2010, played a key role in the planning and launching 2 data center projects (totaling close to 1000 rack capacity).
Dave is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Commerce of De La Salle University and pursued a Master in Business Economics degree under the SBEP program at the University of Asia & the Pacific.
Dominico F. Ratuiste, Vice President for Data Center & Network Operations, has 32 years of work experience in the telecom industry particularly with PLDT with a strong background in Customer Care, Service Assurance and Operations & Maintenance. He has worked with PLDT since 1982 from his humble beginnings as Engineering Assistant to Center Head of Customer Service Delivery Management. Prior to joining IPC, he was Enterprise Consultant for Alpha, SME Enterprise and the EROS Group of PLDT. Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology.
Jose Niño R. Valmonte, Director for Marketing and Digital Innovation, has over 16 years of experience in marketing communications, brand and product management, events and PR in the B2B marketing space, particularly in the ICT industry. He currently oversees product development, product management, brand and product marketing, corporate communications, as well as lead management initiatives for IPC.
Sherwin L. Torres, Director for Technical Operations, has over 16 years of extensive experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), particularly in IP management, POP/Co-location management and network monitoring, escalation and troubleshooting. He has worked with ICT companies such as Pacific Internet and ePLDT, and currently heads the Technical Operations Group of IPC.
Brian A. Dizon, Director for Enterprise Sales- Salesforce, is a Bachelor of Computer Studies major in Computer Engineering graduate of De LaSalle University (2001), and has a Masters in Business Administration major in Marketing Management at the Asian Institute of Management (2006). In his over a dozen years experience in Technology enabled industries, he has headed multiple business functions such as IT Development, Process Engineering, Resourcing and Recruitment, Marketing, and Business Development. His main business philosophies revolve around integrity, respect, empathy, and having a healthy working environment across the organization.
Frederick Roma, Director for Enterprise Sales- Google Cloud, has over 20 years of combined experience and expertise in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Solution Architecture & Integration, Business Process Re-engineering, and Program Management. Fritz has worked for companies such as Singularity Solutions, Globe Telecom, Asia Online, and UR Solutions. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the Ateneo de Manila University. ITIL Foundation-certified, his technical and solutions expertise cover a wide range of platforms including Google, Red Hat, Linux, software development (.Net and open source) among others.
Miguel Bardos, Jr., Director for Delivery & Customer Experience, Miguel has over 20 years experience with global IT & consulting companies such as Accenture, HP and IBM. Key strengths are on strategic business development (opportunity and pipeline management, pre-sales, negotiation and proposals) and process improvement (CMMi, ITIL, Agile/Lean). He is also experienced in project and program portfolio management.
